Deep in the Amazon Self-Publisher's Literary Desert

 Yep. No action for almost a week now... all is quiet... it's spooky. If my writing 'career' were a horror film, this would be the part where a monster jumps out at me, but it isn't. It's the self-publisher's world. Without a paid advert in the right place at the right time, nothing happens.

What IS happening is that I'm writing the third book in the B.C. and my translator is changing Gubacsi Dulu into Hungarian. You see? A monster will appear...

Yes, I'm back!

There's been a little activity, a few sales, some KENP read. Enough to keep me moving on.

Waiting for any news about the Hungarian translation of 'Under the Shade'... nothing yet. Maybe I'll need to publish it myself.

Halfway through Book 3!

 Yep! Getting there slowly, halfway through the first draft. It doesn't mean anything to you, but every day a new book gets closer to being published. End of December deadline. I should make it.

As for sales and KENP, it's gone quiet again. I think I got used to the little success I've had so far with the sci-fi series. If it goes quiet for a few days, I begin to feel sad and imagine the Amazon desert where many self-published authors go, they sell a few and then... nothing. 

Anyway, book 3 and 4 are coming soon!

Hungarian translation ... sent to a publisher

 Made the big step and sent the first 3 chapters of 'Under the Shade of the Sun' to a Hungarian publisher. Fingers crossed they know a good thing when they see one. Maybe they take it, maybe they won't! If they do, there's a chance of getting in the bookstores in Hungary. If not, then I'll publish them on Amazon!

Book 3 of the Bohatch Chronicles is coming along, now just over a 1/3 complete! Slow going...
